Collection of Visitor Information

If you choose, you may browse the Site during your visit. MPP stores the Internet Protocol address, the time and date of entry, and the specific pages viewed by each visitor to the Site. This information is maintained for security purposes only, and will not be disclosed to third parties.

We use third-party web analytics software, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, in connection with our Sites. Web Analytics software helps us understand how visitors interact with the Site, how we can further improve the user experience, and how we can attract new customers. Information collected through these means may include, without limitation, web browsers used to access our Sites, the length of visits to certain Site pages, and page response times.

We may use social media plug-ins from companies like Youtube, Facebook, or Twitter, on our Site to enable you to easily share information with others. We may also use the information collected from the plug-ins, such as your demographic data and marketing or product preferences, to learn about your interests and better serve you. D. Rights for Individuals based in Nevada

Nevada law gives Nevada consumers the right to request that a company not sell their personal information for monetary consideration to certain third parties, even if their personal information is not currently being sold. A. Security of Information

We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures intended to safeguard your Personal Information and help protect it from unauthorized access or loss. VIII. DATA RETENTION

We may retain your Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and as outlined in this Privacy Policy. XI. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

MPP reserves the right to change this Policy at any time and may be without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our information practices or relevant laws. MPP will post any changes to this Policy with their effective dates. If MPP makes material changes to this Policy, MPP may also communicate them by email or adding a statement to our homepage. We will indicate at the top of the Privacy Policy when it was last updated. You can tell when this Privacy Policy was updated by looking at the date at the top of the Privacy Policy.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month or quicker if legally required to do so. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We will endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt, unless we need more time in which case we will notify you and may take up to 90 days total to respond to your request. Please note that your right to deletion of Personal Information is subject to certain exceptions by law. If you submit a request for deletion and we retain any Personal Information under one or more of these exceptions, we will explain this to you in our response. Only you or a person that you authorize in writing to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You (or your authorized agent) must provide documentation signed by you demonstrating that the agent is authorized to submit a verifiable consumer request on your behalf. All appeal requests must be made within a reasonable amount of time (no later than 45 days) after receipt of our response to your verifiable consumer request.

We do not sell your Personal Information (relating to adults and to minors under 18) to a third party, and have not sold your Personal Information in the past 12 months. In accordance with your rights under US Data Privacy Laws, we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not charge a different price or rate or provide a different level or quality of goods or services based on you exercising your privacy rights.

We will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use the Personal Information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice and obtaining your consent. MPP does not use or disclose sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those specified in California Consumer Privacy Act Regulations Section 7207 (m).

Changes to Privacy Statement

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Statement at any time. If we make material changes to this Statement, we will notify you by updating the date of this Statement and posting it on this webpage. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. Any modifications to this Privacy Statement will be effective upon our posting the new terms and/or upon implementation of the changes (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting).
